摘    要:以硝酸铝为铝源,聚乙二醇(PEG)为表面活性剂,采用水热法制备了碳酸铝铵(AACH)纤维.利用 XRD、SEM、TEM、TGA以及 FT-IR对产物的相态、结构、形貌进行了分析,对其生长机理进行了初步研究.实验结果表明:具有单晶属性的AACH纤维直径约为500 nm,长径比为15~20,热分解过程中经历Al_2O_3(无定形)→γ-Al_2O_3→α-Al_2O_3+θ-Al_2O_3 →α-Al_2O_3的相变过程,并释放出约56.32 wt;的气体,是一种很好的阻燃剂材料.AACH纤维的生长首先是AACH纳米晶通过氢键作用沿着聚乙二醇主链定向生长形成纳米纤维,进而纳米纤维通过层层自组装以及Ostwald熟化机理形成微米级AACH纤维.

Abstract:AACH fibers were sythesized using PEG as template and aluminium nitrate as aluminium source under hydrothermal conditions,and its growth mechanism was initially explored.The phase state,chemical structure,surface morphology of the sythesized AACH fibers were measured by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,TGA,DSC,FT-IR,respectively.The experimental results show that AACH fibers with diameter about 500 nm were synthesized,the release weight of gas is 56.32 wt% in AACH,length/width ratio of the fiber is 15-20.The phase tran...
