微螺旋炭纤维金属镀层的制备

摘    要:对CVD法制备的微螺旋炭纤维进行粗化、敏化、活化等前处理,在其表面增加了活性基团,考察了不同工艺参数下利用碱性镀液的施度效果,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDX)对化学镀各处理步骤以及镀镍效果进行分析表征.研究表明,适当的温度及pH值条件下,利用碱性化学镀,能成功地在微螺旋炭纤维表面镀上一层均匀地、磷含量低的Ni-P镀层.

Abstract:Adding activated radical on the surface of carbon micro-coils through a series of pre-treatment such as sensitization and actication,the effects of nickel coating plated under different technological parameters using alkalescent plating were studied.The treatment steps and effects were analyzed by Fourier-transform infrared,scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray.The results show that continuous ,uniform and low phosphorous nickel coating can be deposited on the carbon micro-coils using alkale...
