Ce/TiO2纳米管阵列的制备及光催化性能的研究

摘    要:采用电化学阳极氧化法在钛表面制备TiO2纳米管阵列,并用稀土铈对其修饰改性.以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了Ce3+溶液浓度、甲基橙溶液的初始浓度和初始pH对铈改性的TiO2纳米管光催化活性的影响.结果表明:Ce3+溶液的浓度存在一个最佳值,当Ce3+溶液浓度为0.01 mol/L,在10 mg/L,pH =3的甲基橙溶液中光催化活性最好.光照4h后,甲基橙的降解率达83%.

Abstract:TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by anodic oxidation method on Ti foil and Ce-doped TiO2 were fabricated.The effects of Ce3+ concentration,dye concentration and initial pH on TiO2 photocatalytic activity were studied by the degradation of a model dye,methyl orange(MO),under UV light illumination.The results indicated the optimum values of Ce3+ concentration,dye concentration and initial pH were found to be 0.01 mol/L,10 mg/L and 3,respectively.The best photodegradation of MO was 83% under illumination for 4 h.
