摘    要:本文研究了溶胶-凝胶低温自蔓延工艺合成Co0.5Ni0.5Mn2O4纳米粉体过程中柠檬酸-硝酸盐体系的稳定性.研究结果表明:柠檬酸盐的析出是造成溶胶-凝胶体系不稳定主要因素;加入乙二醇与柠檬酸形成网络结构、以及金属离子与柠檬酸羧基之间形成的配位键是保证溶胶-凝胶体系稳定的两个必不可少的条件.

Abstract:The detailed studies on the stability in the preparation of Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Mn_2O_4 by sol-gel auto-combustion process are given in this paper.It is demonstrated that the formation of precipitation related to the citrate is a main factor to induce the instability of citrate-nitrate solution.There are two necessary conditions to keep the stability.One of the conditions is the formation of the network between the citric acid and EG,which is important to form a stable sol-gel,and the other is the formation of chemical bond between the metal cations and the carboxyl.
