摘    要:采用水热法在120 ℃反应12 h合成了不同形貌的Bi_2S_3纳米结构.利用XRD、SEM、TEM、HRTEM、SAED等分析方法对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明:反应原料对产物的形貌具有重要影响,合成温度取决于矿化剂的选取.讨论了不同形貌Bi_2S_3纳米结构的形成机制,并分析了Bi_2S_3纳米结构的机理.紫外-可见吸收光谱测量表明,相对于正交相Bi_2S_3块体材料而言,由于尺寸效应,所制备的纳米粉体的吸收谱都发生了明显的蓝移.

Abstract:Different morphologies of nanostructured bismuth sulfide (Bi_2S_3) were prepared by hydrothermal method at 120 ℃ for 12 h. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM and UV-vis. The results show that raw materials have great effect on the morphologies of final products and mineralization agents play important roles on the synthetic temperature. The formation mechanism of the Bi_2S_3 nanostructures was discussed. The UV-vis measurement shows that compared to the bulk orthorhombic Bi_2S_3,the absorption spectrum of the sythesized Bi_2S_3 has a clear blue shift which might be ascribed to the size effect.
