核壳结构Fe3O4@ZnO纳米粒子的制备及电磁波吸收性能研究

摘    要:结合溶剂热法和溶胶-凝胶法制备出核壳结构的Fe3O4@ZnO纳米粒子,通过TEM、SEM、XRD、VSM和矢量网络分析仪对材料的形貌、微观结构、磁性能和电磁波吸收特性进行了表征。结果表明,制备得到的Fe3O4@ZnO纳米粒子核壳结构明显,形状规整,属于铁磁性材料,并且ZnO壳层的厚度直接影响到Fe3O4@ZnO纳米粒子的电磁波吸收效果。

Abstract:Core-shell structured Fe3O4@ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by combining the solvothermal method with a sol-gel process. The morphology,microstructure,magnetic and electromagnetic wave absorption properties were characterized by TEM、SEM、XRD、VSM and vector network analyzer. Analysis and detection results show that a As-prepared Fe3O4@ZnO nanoparticles have a uniform core-shell structured and exhibit ferromagnetic behavior. Furthermore,the ZnO shell thickness has a significant effect on the electromagnetic wave absorption properties.
