壳聚糖/氧化石墨/SiO2薄膜的制备及吸附性能

摘    要:用溶胶凝胶法制备了两种壳聚糖/氧化石墨/SiO2膜(壳聚糖和正硅酸乙酯的质量比分别为接近于1和小于1,且加入氧化石墨的量相同)。通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射、差示扫描量热、扫描电镜对产物进行了表征。测定了膜的溶胀度、含水量和交联度。用甲基橙水溶液模拟工业染料废水,通过反应时间、浓度、酸碱性、温度的影响来讨论两种壳聚糖/氧化石墨/SiO2的吸附性能大小,得出壳聚糖与正硅酸乙酯的质量比接近1的吸附性能优于质量比小于1的,在25℃,甲基橙溶液浓度为20mg/L,pH值为3,吸附90min时可达到吸附平衡,且吸附量为110.29mg/g,吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型和拟二级动力学模型。

Abstract:Chitosan/graphite oxide/SiO2 film(The ratio of the mass of chitosan and ethyl silicate of close to 1 and less than 1,and join the same amount graphite oxide)were synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by FT-IR and X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscope.Swelling degree,water content and crosslinking degree were determined.Methyl orange solution was used to simulate industrial dye wastewater to determine two chitosan/graphite oxide/SiO2 adsorption performance.A batch adsorption experiments were conducted by varying the initial concentration of methyl orange,time,temperature and pH of the dye solution to discuss its adsorption performance.The results show that the sample of the ratio of the mass of chitosan and ethyl silicate of close to 1 has good adsorption performance,on the condition that initial concentration of methyl orange of 20 mg/L,the pH of 3,chitosan/graphite oxide/SiO2 reached the saturate adsorption at 25℃for about 90 min,adsorption capacity of it is 110.29 mg/g,adsorption conforms to the Langmuir model and pseudo second order adsorption kinetics model.
