摘    要:本文利用1.7 M eV电子辐照MgA l2O4尖晶石后,通过吸收谱测量表明,被电子辐照的尖晶石可产生大量的F型色心缺陷,而且电子的辐照剂量明显地影响尖晶石的光谱特性。随着电子辐照剂量增加,F型色心缺陷的浓度增大;椭偏光谱分析得到的光学常数谱随电子辐照剂量的变化而改变。我们对上述现象进行了合理的分析。

Abstract:MgAl_2O_4 spinels irradiated by 1.7 MeV electrons are studied in this paper.The results obtained by optical absorption spectra showed that many F-type absorption centers were produced in MgAl_2O_4 spinels by electron irradiation,and the spectroscopic properties of MgAl_2O_4 spinels were influenced by irradiation dose of electron.The concentration of F-type absorption centers increased as the irradiation dose of electron increased.The optical constant spectra obtained by analyzing the ellipsometric spectra were changed as the irradiation dose changed.The above phenomena are explained reasonably in the paper.
