摘    要:通过有限元法数值模拟来研究颅内动脉瘤形成、发展和破裂 与其血液动力学参数的关系,对于临床医学特别是介入疗法具有重 要的指导意义。本文对于近年国外出现的各种计算模型及其主要结 果做一综述。

Abstract:The dependence of the forpsation, development and rupture of intracranial aneurysms on their hemodynamic parameters has recently been studied numerically by the finite element method. Such studies provide some important guidelines for clinical medicine, especially for interventional therapy. This paper reviews some typical computational models and results concerning the hemodynamics and rupture mechanicsm of intracranial aneurysms.
