| Abstract: | In this paper a topological modification method for structural variations of space frame structures is studied by using the Moore-Penrose inverse theory and a new kind of factorization of the stiffness matrix. A set of explicit formulations of variations are obtained. A numerical example is given to illustrate the valid of the present method. |
