摘    要:针对混凝土预制构件水平成型振动台(简称平模台振)振动效果改进的问题,提出了通过优化振动台面加强筋布局来提高其振动效果的方法.基于变密度拓扑优化法,建立以加强筋单元相对密度为设计变量,振动台面柔度最小为目标的优化模型,并进行灵敏度分析,采用最优准则法求解优化模型;根据拓扑优化结果,对振动台面加强筋进行布局优化,获得了合理的振动台面结构.通过仿真对比,优化后的振动台面既提高了结构固有频率、强度和刚度,又实现了结构轻量化,为平模台振的设计提供了指导.

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem about improving the vibration effect of horizontal a concrete vibrating table (flat vibrostand),an optimization approach of the vibration table stiffener layout was proposed to optimize the vibration effect.An optimized model was established based on variable density topology optimization method,utilizing the relative density of stiffener elements as design variables and the minimum flexibility of vibration table as the objective.The sensitivity analysis was performed and then the optimized model was analyzed by the optimality criteria method.Finally,according to the topology optimization results,the vibration table stiffeners were rearranged and a reasonable vibrating table structure was obtained.According to the simulation,in the optimized vibration table,the natural frequencies,limit capacity,and flexibility of the structure were improved and a light design was achieved.Additionally,the quality of precast concrete was improved,which provided guidance for flat vibrostand design.
