摘    要:利用弹塑性接触问题边界元法分析了轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈装配过程中的变形和载荷特性,讨论了接触应力和变形对锥套与辊颈损伤的影响,给出了防止锥套与辊颈装配过程损伤的具体改进措施。最后通过实验验证了理论分析结果和改进方案的正确性。

Abstract: BEM for elastio-plastic contact problem is employed to study the deformation and loading station of the sleeve and roller neck of film bearing in rolling mill under special way of assembly in this paper. It discussed the influence of surface damages of sleeve and roller neck caused by its contact pressure and deformation distribution. The new method had been given to reduce the wear of the contact surface between the sleeve and roller neck. The validity of the analysis and the modified scheme are proved by the experiments.
