摘    要:基于RAMP密度-刚度插值格式和优化准则(OC)方法,提出一种改进的拓扑优化设计的数学模型及设计变量的迭代格式。对棋盘格式和网格依赖性等数值计算问题进行了综述和研究,针对敏度过滤技术中存在的“边缘扩散”现象,提出了一种混合的过滤技术。给出了拓扑优化设计的程序流程,用FORTRAN程序实现了算法,通过几个经典算例证明了本文所研究方法的有效性。

Abstract:A modified mathematical model as well as a modified iterative pattern for topology optimization of linear elastic continuum is proposed based on RAMP (Rational Approximation of Material properties) interpolation scheme and the Optimality Criteria Method,where minimization compliance is regarded as the objective.Numerical instabilities,such as checkerboards and mesh dependencies,are also surveyed and investigated.Considering the undesirable numerical side effects when the sensitivity filtering method is applied,a new hybrid filtering method is presented,which can improve side effects and eliminate numerical problems effectively.The methodologies for topological optimization presented in this paper are programmed using FORTRAN.To substantiate the efficiency of these methods adopted in this paper,illustrated examples are presented both for verification and application.
