基于Huth方法的民机气动弹性改进建模方法

摘    要:使用高仿真精度和高计算效率的有限元模型进行飞机颤振边界预测具有重要意义.本文提出了基于Huth紧固件柔度计算方法的民机气动弹性模型的改进建模方法,计及了固定前缘的刚度及其与机翼盒段之间的弹性效应,建立了全机气动弹性模型并进行了固有特性和颤振特性分析.分析结果与全机地面共振试验、风洞试验结果的偏差均在±1 %以内,分析时长与现有模型基本保持不变,验证了改进建模方法的有效性.

Abstract:It is of great significance to predict flutter boundary using high fidelity and efficient finite element models. An improved modeling approach for civil airplane aeroelastic model is developed based on Huth methodology of fastener flexibility calculation. The dynamical and flutter characteristics are analyzed on a full-scale aeroelastic model considering the leading edge stiffness and the elastic effect between the wingbox and leading edge. The validity of the proposed method is verified with the deviations between the analyzed results and the ground vibration test/wind tunnel test being within ±1 %, while the computational time being close to those of the conventional models.
