任意三维贮箱内液体晃动的模态分析及其等效力学模型

摘    要:本文采用有限元方法建立了数值求解任意三维贮箱内液体晃动固有频率和摸态、动力特征参数的通用程序,利用ANSYS有限元前处理模块.使得程序的通用性达到最大化。通过对液体受迫晃动的结果分析,发现了三维晃动中贮箱外激励与模态响应之间的复杂关系.并且提出了建立液体受迫晃动的等效力学模型的方法。本文以油罐车充液贮箱为例,数值研究了贮箱端部不同所引起的动力学差异,给出了晃动频率和晃动质量的变化曲线。

Abstract:The problems of liquid 3D slosh were inverstigated. The finite element algorithm was established to solve the eigen-frequencies/modals in free slosh problems and to calculate the dynamic parameters in forced slosh problem numerically. In order to generalize the program, the pre-processed module of ANSYS was employed. Based on the numerical result, it was found that the relation between the external excitation and the response of the modals is complicated. An equivalent mechanical model was suggested and was set up to describe the dynamic response of liquid under translational excitation. Taking tank vehicle as an example, the dynamic difference caused by different shape of tank head was especially studied. The variations of the natural frequency and the slosh mass are given.
