不确定荷载下类桁架结构拓扑优化分析

摘    要:研究不确定荷载下应力约束拓扑优化结构.不确定荷载用区间变量表示,将不确定性区间荷载用有限个可能工况组合表示,从而将不确定性荷载问题转化为多工况问题.采用基于类桁架材料模型的多工况应力约束拓扑优化方法,求解不确定荷载作用下的拓扑优化结构.推导两杆结构的解析解,通过解析解验证了数值算例方法的有效性.分析比较了几个不确定荷载与确定性荷载作用下拓扑优化结构.

Abstract:The topology optimization with stress constraints under uncertain load was studied. Uncertain load was expressed through interval variables. Subsequently the uncertain interval loads were replaced by several possible load cases such that they could be transferred to multiple load cases. The proposed topology optimization method based on truss-like material model was employed to solve the structural topology optimization under uncertain loads. The numerical method was validated by the derived analytical solution of two-member structure. Several topology optimization structures under uncertain and certain loads were compared and discussed.
