高温流体与变物性固体耦合系统温度场及热变形的数值计算

摘    要:在腔体内部有高温流体,其外壳等固体材料的物性温度而为化的瞬态非线性问题中,其边界条件的确定十分困难。本文采用流一固“混合流”模式进行温度场的计算,由于方程计及了瞬态、复杂形状、浮动外边界条件等因系,采用变步长的控制容积法及时域有限元进行计算。对某个高温燃气配气阀的温度场及热变形进行了数值计算,得到与实测相符的结果。

Abstract:It is very difficult to specify the transient temperature boundary conditions of the cavity shell when its inner surface is exposed to high temperature trubulent fluid flow, especially the thermal physical properties of the shell material vary with its temperature. This paper presents a coupled solid-fluid model to determine the shell boundary temperature , in which the shell itself is taken as a kind of extremely viscous fluid when simultaneously solving the temperature distribution in both the shell and the surrounding fluid. The governing equations accounting for the transient and non-. linear behaviors of the problem are solved with a finite control volume scheme and a finite element scheme with variable time stpes. Numerical results of the temperature and the thermal strain in a high temperature gas jet valve show good agreement with experimental data.
