摘    要:正交异性钢板面板直接承受车辆轮荷载的反复作用,容易疲劳开裂,因此疲劳验算是钢桥面板设计中的一项重要任务。疲劳验算首先要涉及应力分析。本文对钢桥面板在一辆重型货车作用下的应力状况进行了现场试验研究,根据试验结果提出了简化实用的结构分析模型。在该模型的基础上,结合应用有限元数值计算,能在理论上很好地掌握钢桥面板的应力状况。

Abstract:The fatigue assessment in the design of orthotropic steel bridge decks is an improtant task, as they are prone to fatigue cracking directly under repeated traffic wheel loads. The stress analysis is the first importance in the fatigue assessment. In this paper, authors proposed a simple ans practical model for the structural analysis of the orthotropic steel bridge decks with fatigue assessment as priority which is shaped from the results of the field-test research of the stress state when the steel bridge decks are subjected to the loadings from a heavy truck. On the basis of this model, the use of the FEM analysis helps better understanding of the stress state of the steel bridge decks theoretically.
