On Competitive Extinction in Impulsive Lotka–Volterra Systems

We study a Lotka–Volterra system with periodic coefficients and impulse action at fixed moments of time. We find conditions for competitive extinction and conditions for the existence and uniqueness of a discontinuous periodic solution lying on one of the coordinate axes or coordinate planes in the phase space of the system.
