摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对受预紧作用的两层扁挤压筒进行了数值模拟。研究了内腔位移分布情况和内孔变形规律,分段对内孔位移做了多项式曲线拟合,并用物理实验加以对比验证。本文还对三层扁挤压筒缝隙度Km对内孔长短轴变形的影响作了分析,拟合出一定条件下内孔位移与Km的多项式插值函数表达式,得出Km的取值范围。为扁挤压筒修模、装配和结构优化提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper presents a numerical simulation of two-layer flat container subjected to shrink fitting finite element programme ANSYS. Deformation law and displacement of inner cavity were obtained, and polynomial curve fitting was applied to the displacement of the inner cavity in a sectional way. The outlines of the inner cavity before and after deformation were then drawn to compare with each other. Finally, a physical experiment was carried out to verify them. It is shown that shrink-fitting flat container would deform unevenly because of different stiffnesses on the major and minor axes caused by different thicknesses along the outlines of the inner cavity. Furthermore, three-layer flat container was also analyzed with emphasis being placed on the influence of gap ratio (K_m), on the definite of major and minor axes, the derivatis of the polynomial interpolating equations of inner cavity displacement and K_m and the determination of the range of K_m. These results may be useful to the resinking of dies, shrink-fitting and structural optimization of multi-layer flat containers.
