摘    要:为了探讨不同组分的中心装药对不同FAE燃料可能的一次起爆情况,采用物理方法对中心装药的配方进行设计,并对不同的FAE燃料进行了一次起爆实验研究,结果表明含有诱发剂的中心装药可以实现FAE燃料的一次起爆。为了进一步弄清中心装药中诱发剂含量对FAE燃料一次起爆过程的影响,利用不同诱发剂含量的中心装药对自行研制的新型复合燃料进行了一次起爆实验研究,CCD像机现场拍摄记录及压力测试结果表明,中心装药中的诱发剂含量会直接影响FAE燃料抛撒、延迟点火时间、爆炸波超压大小以及爆炸作用效果,诱发剂含量存在一个最优值,中心装药中加入适量诱发剂会增强FAE的一次起爆效果。

Abstract:The batch formula of central charge was designed based on physical means in order to probe into the possible single ignition results of different FAE fuel with usage of central charge containing different components. Experimental tests on single ignition of different FAE fuel were performed with the designed central charge containing different components. The results show that single ignition of FAE fuel can be successfully realized with the designed central charge containing inducers. For the sake of further investigation of the influence on single ignition process of FAE fuel with the designed central charge containing different content inducers, a series of tests on single ignition process of the designed new composite fuel were also carried out with usage of the designed central charge containing different content inducers. Field records of CCD camera and testing results of pressure show that dispersion and delayed ignition time of FAE fuel, overpressure value of explosion wave and effects of explosion action are remarkably influenced by inducers content in the designed central charge. Dosage of inducers in the designed central charge has an optimum value, and ideal effect of FAE single ignition will be achieved with proper content of inducers in the designed central charge.
