摘    要:本文介绍了用单摆划痕法研究材料冲击磨损性能的实验原理、装置和冲击磨损性能参量。对15%SiCp/Al-9Si复合材料及基体材料Al-9Si的冲击磨损行为进行了研究。结果表明,15%SiCp/Al-9Si的抗冲击磨损性能优于基体Al-9Si。冲击磨损过程中,大部分SiCp颗粒被压入基体并协同基体一起变形,从而提高复合材料的抗冲击磨损性能。

Abstract:An method for impact abrasion test, single pendulum scratch method, is introduced and discussed. The behaviors in impact abrasion for MMC 15% SiCp/Al 9Si and base material Al 9Si are investigated by this method. Test results show that MMC SiCp/Al 9Si is better than base material Al 9Si in resistance to impact abrasion. It is found that in abrasion process of MMC, a large part of SiCp particles is pressed into the base material and deforms with it, and this is the mechanism which increases the resistance to impact abrasion for MMC.
