声弹性方法测量金属材料的塑性损伤

摘    要:本文提出一个利用非线性参数研究材料损伤的声弹性方法.在该方法中定义了一个由二阶和三阶弹性常数所组合的损伤变量.以20#钢为例,采用横波声弹性方法测量金属材料的塑性损伤.同时用声速法作了损伤测量.对比两种方法的实验结果表明,新方法是对金属材料塑性损伤测量的有效技术.

Plastic Damage Measurement for Metallic Material by Acoustoelastic Method
Abstract:An acoustoelastic method for measuring the degree of damage in materials is proposed.In the method a damage variable which is the combination of the second and third order elastic constants of the material is defined, and the variation of this parameter caused by material damage is detected by the relative change of flying time for the transverse acoustic waves in the specimen. An experiment for measuring the plastic damage in a 20 # steel specimen is performed and compared with the experiment on ultrasonic velocity method. The effectiveness of the new method is justified.
