摘    要:针对船体垂向变形测量的迫切需求,以及现有方法对于垂向变形适用性差的实际情况,提出了一种利用摄像测量原理实现垂向变形测量的新方法,推导了设备垂向变形角与姿态欧拉角变化量之间的转换关系,在此基础上设计了船体垂向变形测量方案。通过在平台上的CCD像机对与垂向设备基座固连的合作标志的实时观测,解算由于变形引起的合作标志姿态变化量,再利用合作标志与设备基座固连关系计算设备的垂向变形角。在实验室条件下进行了半实物仿真实验,实验结果测量值与参考值变化趋势一致,测量误差均在10″以下,说明该方法在垂向变形测量中正确可行。

Abstract:Aiming at the urgent requirment of hull vertical deformation measurement as well as the bad suitability of existing method for vertical deformation measurement, a new approach of hull vertical deformation measurement is proposed in this paper based on videometrics principle. Moreover, a conversion relation between device vertical deformation angle variation and attitude Euler angle variation was derived, based on which, a scheme of ship hull vertical deformation measurement was designed. Firstly, by using CCD camera fixed on a platform, the cooperative marker, which is fixedly connected with vertical device base, is observed in real time, thus, the attitude variation of cooperative marker due to deformation can be obtained through calculation; secondly, device vertical deformation angle is calculated through the relation between cooperative marker and device base. Semi-physical simulations was carried out under experimental condition. Simulation results indicate that the variation trends of both measured values and reference values are in good agreement and the root mean square of attitude error are all below. Therefore the validity of proposed method is verified.
