摘    要:本文对蜂窝夹层复合材料老化强度和疲劳试验进行了研究。通过对该材料在老化前后的拉伸、压缩、面内剪切机械性能测试,以及在不同应力水平下的疲劳试验,分析试验结果,得出了标准老化环境对试件的拉伸、压缩承载能力影响不大,而蜂窝夹芯的排列方向对面内剪切试件的强度和疲劳寿命将产生一定的影响等一些对实际工程应用的问题有参考价值的结论和看法。本文还就蜂窝夹层复合材料老化强度和疲劳试验中的一些试验方法、试件的破坏形式、试验件的胶接方法进行了探讨。

Abstract:The strength and fatigue properties of honeycomb sandwich composites that have been aged according to the tentative standard are studied in this paper. The specimens were investigated through the mechanical tests such as tensile, compression, shearing in plane and the fatigue loadings under different stress levels. The results were analyzed. Then some conclusions as references for the applied engineering problems were obtained. Aging conditions according to the standard tentative method in the laboratory have a few influences on the tension and compression capability of sandwich constructions. But it reduces the dispersed phase of the data. The arrangement of honeycomb constructions can greatly affect the strength and fatigue properties of the specimens under shearing in plane. The tentative methods were discussed. The normal condition is more complex than the tentative condition. So the tentative methods should be improved to simulate the real conditions more correctly. How to make the adhesive specimens and the fixture in the experiments are also explained. The failure modes under tensile and shearing loadings are demonstrated with the pictures. The honeycomb sandwich constructions are broken and the panels on the both sides are not damaged.
