新型波纹缀板方钢管混凝土组合柱轴压性能研究

摘    要:提出一种新型波纹缀板-方钢管混凝土组合(CSTCB)柱,是在柱四角布置方钢管并沿高度方向焊接波纹缀板形成钢骨架,向腔体内灌注混凝土而成。为研究CSTCB柱的轴压性能,对两个不同缀板间距的试件进行了轴心受压试验,并采用ABAQUS软件进行了有限元模拟。在比较试件破坏形态的基础上分析了试件受力机理,探讨了钢管壁厚、混凝土强度、钢材屈服强度和缀板间距对CSTCB柱承载力的影响。研究表明:CSTCB柱具有较高的承载力和延性,波纹缀板与钢管形成的钢骨架对混凝土有较强的约束作用,破坏形态为方钢管屈服及混凝土压碎;有限元计算结果与试验较为吻合,且增大钢材强度、钢管壁厚以及混凝土强度均能有效提高试件的承载力,但试件的延性随着混凝土强度的增大而降低。基于相关规范公式,建议了CSTCB柱的轴压承载力计算公式。本文研究对新型组合柱的工程应用具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:A new type of composite column with concrete-infilled steel tubes and corrugated battens(CSTCB)is proposed,which is formed by arranging square steel tubes at the four corners of the column and welding the corrugated battens along the height direction to form a steel skeleton and pouring concrete into the cavity.In order to study the axial compression performance of CSTCB columns,the axial compression tests of two specimens with different batten spacing were carried out,and the finite element simulation was carried out by using ABAQUS software.Based on the comparison of the failure modes of the specimens,the force mechanism of the test piece was analyzed.The influence of steel tube thickness,concrete strength and steel yield strength as well as batten spacing on the bearing capacity of CSTCB columns were discussed.The text result indicates that CSTCB columns exhibit high bearing capacity and ductility.The steel skeleton formed by the corrugated plates and the steel tubes has obvious restraining effect on the concrete and the failure mode is square steel tube yielding and concrete crushing.The finite element calculation results are in good agreement with the test.The steel yield strength,steel tube thickness and concrete strength can effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the specimen,but the ductility of the specimen decreases with the increase of concrete strength.Based on the relevant code,the formula for calculating the axial compressive bearing capacity of CSTCB columns is established.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the engineering application of the new composite column.
