钢管混凝土拱桥缀板鼓包应力的测试方法

摘    要:钢管混凝土拱桥的缀板在灌注混凝土的泵送施工中极易产生鼓包现象,鼓包处的应力测试对工程处置极为重要,但因其位置和大小有一定的偶然性,难以采用预置传感器方法进行,需采用固有应力的测试方法,本文提出了用局部微损的小盲孔表面应力释放测试方法进行钢管混凝土拱桥缀板鼓包应力的思路,并结合工程实例研究了方法实施过程中遇到的若干问题,如方案的选择、测试的理论依据、实施过程和对结果的解释等问题。

Abstract:Bulge buns are easily occurred when concrete is filled into a stitching plate of concrete-filled-steel arch bridge by the pressure pump. To determine the stresses in the bulge buns is important for engineering. As their locations are of accidental, the determination is hardly to be done by usual method. In this paper a drilling-hole method to determine the stresses on the bulge buns of stitching plate of concrete-filled-steel arch bridge is presented. Some relative problems such as the choice of measuring program, the measuring theory and the explanation for results are studied.
