摘    要:用基于Mindlin板理论的有限元方法进行了带脱层损伤复合材料层板的屈曲载荷分析.为了处理在屈曲模态中上下脱层之间的接触问题,我们提出了一种有效的算法.在这种算法中,首先用一阶灵敏度分析和二次规划方法相结合的选代算法算出接触区域的虚拟力,然后将这种虚拟力转化成一些假想弹簧的刚度系数,并对原始刚度矩阵进行修正.数值算例表明本算法可以有效地克服屈曲模态中上下脱层之间的相互贯穿.同时,还对脱层的大小,形状和位置对屈曲载荷的影响进行了研究.

Abstract:In this paper, the buckling analysis of laminates with an embedded delaminationhas been conducted by employing the finite element method based on the Mindlin plate theory.To avoid the overlap between two delaminated layers in the buckling mode, an effective solutionmethod has been put forward to deal with the contact problem in the buckling analysis. In thismethod, an iterative updating process incorporating the first-order sensitivity gnalysis and thequadratic programming technique has been proposed to compute fictitious forces in contact area,which can be used to calculate stiffness parameters of some artificial springs. By introducing thecontribution of these artificial springs into the structural stiffness matrix, the global stiffness can bemodified appropriately. Finally, the penetration between two delaminated layers in the bucklingmode can be prevented effectively through inserting these artificial springs into the overlappedarea. Numerical examples indicated that this method is very efficient to solve the contact problemin buckling analysis. Its accuracy and converegence speed are very high. For the laminates withan embedded delamination, the effect of the introduced contact analysis on the buckling load wasanalyzed in detail. The numerical results demonstrated that the contact analysis is very importantfor buckling analysis in some cases. It was found that inclusion of contact analysis to preventoverlaps increases the buckling load, particularly, when the buckling mode changes significatlyafter including contact analysis. Furthermore, the effects of various sizes, shapes and positions ofthe delamination on the buckling load have been also investigated. Some important phenomenahave been revealed and several conclusions have been drawn.
