露井联采下边坡稳定性的相似模拟研究

摘    要:露井联采模式下露井边界参数的合理选取,是决定露天边坡稳定的关键因素。通过相似模拟试验对安太堡露天矿南帮4#煤和9#煤露井联合开采下露天边坡的破坏过程进行了研究,分析了边坡破坏模式以及边坡的沉降变形规律。结果表明,露井联采下安太堡南帮边坡存在3种破坏模式:1435~1450平台的沉降破坏、1390~1435平台的沉降和滑移复合破坏,并最终转为滑移破坏、1280~1390平台的滑移破坏. 并指出在4#和9#煤复合开采产生的地表沉降中9#煤占总沉降量的60%以上。通过模拟得出,安太堡南帮实际边坡位置应整体后移20m,使井工开采工作面开切眼的位置由原1390台阶下移到1405台阶下,保证其开切眼所在位置至露天边坡台阶的垂直安全高度应在131m以上,该结论有效地解决了多年来困扰安太堡南帮露井联采边坡稳定性问题。

Abstract:Reasonable parameter of bounday under open-underground mining is the key factor of the open-pit slope stability. Through similarity simulation, the failure problems of southern Antaibao open-pit slope under the combined mining of No.4 and No.9 coal seams were examined. The destruction mode and the settlement behavior of the slope were also analyzed. The results showed there were three modes of slope failure under open-underground mining: the first failure was caused by sedimentation in the 1435 to 1450th terraces, the second failure was caused by sedimentation and slippage in the 1390 to 1435th terraces and resulted from slippage finally, and the third failure was caused by slippage in the 1280 to1390th terraces.  The results also indicated that the surface sedimentation caused by the mining of No.9 coal seam accounted for no less than 60%. Through similarity simulation, it is concluded that the southern Antaibao open-pit slope should be parallel moved to back 20 meters so as to keep that the open-off cut of mining face is situated under the 1405th terrace, and to ensure the reasonable vertical height of safe mining should be no less than 131 m. The problem of slope stability that has affected  Antaibao open-pit mine for a very long period of time is resolved effectively by the conclusion.
