电子错位散斑研究

摘    要:本文从理论上分析了错位散斑实现电子干涉的可行性,推导了摄象机光靶接收的错位散斑的光强表达式,分析了电子干涉条纹的可见度,提出并实现了电子错位散斑技术的三种方法,即实时法,双曝光法和实时时间差法。获得了位移梯度等值条纹的电子干涉图。

Abstract:In this paper, a new method of deformation measurement is described. By means of the laser shearing speckle interference as the mask of deformation information and with video, electronic signal processing technique combined with the micro-computer, the electronic interferometry is realized. The visibility of the strain fringe pattern produced by the electronic interference from deformation information is demonstrated. The electronic interferometry hardware and software are studied and designed. The basic system of electronic shearing speckle is estabilshed, which makes a lot of changes over the traditional modern photo-mechanics measurement. In the place of the recording medium of the holographic plate, the technique of video, electron and micro-computer is used and the light interference is changed to the electronic interference. In this way no vibration isolation is required and tests may be performed in ambient light, filmless, with a great speed and in real-time. The method will play an important role in the deformation measurement and nondestructive testing.
