Stability conditions for brittle-plastic symmetric thick-walled shell structures

Starting with the damage surface perturbation formulation (DSPF) for stability problems of brittle-plastic structures, this paper investigates the stability conditions of brittle-plastic symmetric thick.- walled shell structures by means of the fixed loading criteria derived from the DSPF. The results obtained are discussed.
