摘    要:介绍了开发MTS材料试验机应用于快速加载的高能材料动态力学的试验方法,研究了方波信号的频率对加载速率的影响,开发了低周疲劳试验机在冲击载荷下用于固体炸药在不同温度下的单轴,三轴材料动态力学性能研究的功能,得出了应变速率达到4/s。加载速率与信号频率无关,而与系统增益,液压油源大小,伺服阀流量、材料性质有关的结论

Abstract:An experiment technique is presented which is availiable to study dynamic properties of energetic materials under impact loading by means of materials testing system. In order to raise the loading rate, the dependence of the frequency of square wave is studied. The function that MTS is used in high strain rate experiment was developed. The results show that the strain rate for energetic materials is as high as 4/s. The loading rate is not dependent on the frequency of square wave.
