铺装层正交异性钢桥面板有限元分析

摘    要:以两种截面形状的纵向加劲肋和三种缺口类型的横隔板进行组合,铺设不同厚度、不同弹性模量的沥青混凝土,建立正交异性闭口加劲钢桥面板有限元实体模型;在钢桥面板纵、横向最不利位置进行加载,用Ansys程序计算分析了带铺装正交异性闭口加劲钢桥面板轮载作用下的力学性能,研究了桥面铺装层弹性模量E1和铺装层厚度,对桥面板力学性能的影响规律.E1的改变对铺装层影响的程度大于对钢桥面结构体系,E1增大,钢桥面板最大主应力减小,沥青表面的最大主应力增大;E1越大,E1变化的影响程度也越大;t对正交异性钢桥面板结构体系和沥青铺装内部受力影响较大,随着t的增大,钢桥面板和沥青表面最大主应力均减小.
