| Abstract: | A modified Lanozos algorithm is presented in this paper which starts with several vectors and is different from Block Lanczos algorithm. The algorithm keeps the advantage of Standard Lanczos algorithm and ensures the convergence of multiple eigenvalues. The error bound is also analysed. Numerical example shows that the algorithm is superior to Block Lanczos algorithm. |
