膜结构截面的离散变量优化方法

摘    要:通过将截面离散变量映射为连续变量的途径,建立了力学模型,在连续变量截面优化最优解附近构造两节模型,并采用两节无限小单元的无穷组合的方法和变量无量纲化技术对膜结构截面离散变量进行了优化。建立了多工况下具有尺寸和应力、位移约束的优化模型。同时,在MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran上进行了二次开发。数值算例结果表明该理论的高效性和二次开发的可行性。

Abstract:The sectional optimization of membrane structure with discrete variables is investigated mapping the sectional discrete variables to continuous variables.A two-stage model is established near the optimal solution of sectional optimization of continuous variables,and the quite small element method associated with the dimensionless variable technique is adopted,then the optimized model with constraints of size stress and displacement under multi-loadings is obtained.The secondary exploitation of the special program on MSC.Patran and MSC.Nastran is carried out,the numerical examples demonstrate high efficiency of the method and feasibility of secondary development.
