加固打印机随机振动响应分析

摘    要:应用随机振动理论和有限元方法对加固打印机进行了随机振动响应分析,推导了系统在基础加速度激励下位移、应力响应的功率谱和均方值计算公式,确定了作用于系统的激励谱和模态截取准则,编制了相应的计算软件并进行了响应计算。文中的计算结果为打印机的抗振加固提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the random vibration theory and the finite element method are applied to the analysis of random vibration for the reinforced printer. First, formulae for calculating power spectra and mean square values of the response of displacement and stress to the excitation of the base acceleration are derived. Then, the excitation spectrum and the modal order choice criterion are determined. Furthermore, a corresponding computational program is designed and used to compute the response of the reinforced printer. The results obtained are useful in providing the theoretical basis for the antivibration and reinforcement of printers.
