| 摘 要： | 本文首先对海浪观测资料进行了模糊分级统计处理;导出了波高、周期及海浪谱的可能性分布.并进一步分析了海底地基对桩基的模糊约束效应,求解了结构的模糊动力响应问题,给出了其响应谱及疲劳损伤率的可能性分布.

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the fuzziness of the observed sea wave data and the fuzzy restraint on the offshore platform legs due to the sea base. And based on the fuzzy set theory and possibility theory, the authors have derived the possibility distributions of sea wave spectrum, the dynamic response spectrum and fatigue damage rate of the platform legs. |
