应用仿生原理设计遮弹层及其抗侵彻数值模拟分析

摘    要:通过对木、贝壳珍珠层等自然复合材料强韧化的细观机理研究,应用仿生学原理,提出了一种新型蜂窝状钢管约束混凝土遮弹层结构;并对构成该新型遮弹层结构中的单个构件一钢管混凝土短构件抗侵彻的机理进行了研究;然后,应用IS—DYNA程序对单个钢管混凝土短构件抗侵彻的性能进行了数值模拟;通过仿真计算,表明钢管混凝土短构件比同强度的素混凝土构件的抗侵彻能力有较大提高。因此,由钢管混凝土短构件构筑的仿生遮弹层,将会增加其抗侵彻能力。

Abstract:Focused on wood and nacre,the strengthening and toughening microcosmic mechanisms of natural composite is reviewed,And a new-type bursting layer structure,honeycomb sandwich steel tube filled with concrete is presented based on the bionics theory,whose anti-penetration mechanism is discussed taking a single short steel filled with concrete component as object.Employing the software,LS-DYNA,this process is simulated and the results indicates that the proposed biomimetic laminar defense structure obviously outperforms than the normal one of common concrete in anti-penetration.
