自由圆柱壳体在侧向非对称脉冲载荷下的塑性破坏

摘    要:将壳体作为理想刚塑性材料,给出了两端自由金属圆柱薄壳体承受侧向非对称脉冲载荷下的变形和运动方程。针对矩形脉冲载荷,给出能量损耗分析。极高载情况下,2/3的外部输入能量转化为塑性功,其余的用于壳体的刚体运动。针对复杂结构的自由圆柱壳,能量法用于分析其破坏。理论预测与实验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:This paper uses the principle of virtual velocities for rigid perfectly plastic cylindrical shells with free free end subjected to lateral impulsive loading.Introducing a series of equivalent values and some engineering hypothesis,rigid body motion and plastic response of the shells are separated,closed form sloutions for the deformation and velocity profile of the shell are obtained.It is observed that 2/3 of the external energy is converted into plastic work for an ideal impulse.On this basis,the critical rupture impulse is obtained for free free closed ends or free free ring stiffened shells by the method of energy balance.Experiments are performed to identify the strutural response and fracture failure that the theory predicted.
