筒形建筑物爆破拆除的失稳原理及其参数分析

摘    要:筒形建筑物爆破拆除参数的选取直接影响到建筑物倾倒的失稳过程、影响到建筑物倾倒时对地面的冲击作用,而建筑物对地面的冲击作用恰恰是爆破拆除应该控制的一个基本因素。本文阐述了筒形建筑物爆破拆除的物理过程,并由此导出最佳爆破参数。对于强度高、厚度大的建筑物,切口长度不宜小于圆周长度的60%,一般必须大于圆周长度的50%。切口长度的大小取决于建筑物的强度、密度和几何尺寸。本文最后讨论了烟囱爆破拆除对地面冲击作用问题,并提出冲量的最小值与烟囱的材料和几何尺寸有关。

Abstract:The choice of tube-shaped structure blasting parameters affects the imbalance process of the structure and the shock of the structure impacting on the ground after the structure falls directly. The shock is just one of the factors that should be controlled during blasting The blasting demolish physical processes of tube-shaped structures are analysed and the optimized blasting ' parameter formulae are deduced in this paper In case of the wall is relatively more thick and tough, the cut length should not be smaller than 60% of the circumference where the cut is. Generally, the cut length must not be smaller than 50% of the circumference. The cut length depends on the strength, density of the structure material and its geometry size. The minimum of the shock on the ground depends on the cut length, the strength.the density of the chimney material and its geometry sizes of the chimney when the chimney falls.
