摘    要:复合射孔 防砂技术是世界首创的高难度完井技术。利用射孔弹装药爆轰和助推药爆燃的能量 ,在油层中射孔并把防砂材料推入射流打出的孔道 ,形成永久性防砂塞 ,两项作业在千分之几秒的瞬间完成。它把油井的射孔和防砂两项作业结合在一起 ,其工艺简单、操作方便、节省资金 ,并具有早期防砂、原地防砂 ,适应多种出砂地层 ,各种苛刻的施工条件 (如高温热采 )等特点 ,有巨大的经济效益和广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:The perforation-sandproof composite technique is the pioneer high-tech in well completion technique in the world. It perforate in formation and impel sandproof material into the perforated hole to form permanent sandroof plug in several milliseconds,using the energy from perforating cartridge explosion and assistant propellant deflagration. The technique is simple, economical and convenient in manipulation. It also possesses characteristics of nonage sandproof, former sandproof, adapting manifold arenaceous stratum and rigorous working condition. It will have a enormous economic benefit and wider marketable prospect.
