含能破片引爆带壳炸药过程的数值模拟

摘    要:将引爆模拟战斗部等效为带铝壳炸药,设计了一种新型含能破片作为毁伤元,利用非线性有限元LS -DYNA软件对该含能破片侵彻、引爆带壳炸药的作用过程进行了数值模拟。用“升降法”得到了该“含能破片”对不同盖板厚度带壳炸药的引爆速度,同时与普通破片引爆同规格带壳炸药进行了对比,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,通过控制含能破片的撞击速度和含能物质的延迟起爆时间,可有效引爆盖板厚度为8~16mm的带铝壳炸药。

Numerical simulation on detonating shelled explosives by energetic fragments

Abstract:Simulatedammunitionswereequivalenttoaluminum-shelledexplosivesandanewenergetic fragmentwasdesigned.Thenonlineardynamicssoftware,LS-DYNA,wasusedtonumericallysimulatethecompleteprocessesoftheenergeticfragmentspenetratingthecoverplatesanddetonatingthe shelledexplosives.Withthehelpoftheup-and-downmethod,theimpactvelocitiesoftheenergetic fragmentswerecalculatedfordetonatingtheshelledexplosiveswiththecoverplatesofdifferentthicknessesandcomparedwiththoseofthesolid ragments.Thecorrespondingexperimentswerecarried outtoverifythetypicaldataselectedfromthenumericalsimulations.Theinvestigatedresultsshow thattheexplosivesshelledby8-16-mmthickaluminumcoverscanbeeffectivelydetonatedbycontrollingtheimpactvelocitiesoftheenergeticfragmentsandthedetonationdelaytime oftheenergetic materialinthefragments.
