激光辐照下充压柱壳失效的三维离散元模拟

摘    要:应用三维离散元方法模拟了充压柱壳在激光辐照下的破坏过程。结果表明 ,在较低功率密度和较大光斑情况下 ,光斑中央产生裂纹并沿轴向扩展引起破坏。在高功率密度和小光斑情况下 ,则产生中央穿孔破坏。对于铁合金 ,当材料的延展性较大时 ,可能产生第三种破坏形式 ,即在数十微秒量级产生较大面积的整体粉碎性爆裂。模拟结果与实验对比吻合较好。

Abstract:The failure processes of cylindrical shells subjected to inner pressure and surface laser irradiation were simulated numerically with 3D discrete meso element method.The simulated results show that there may exist 3 basic failure modes:cracking,perforation and blasting like failure.In the case of low power density and large spot of laser irradiation,cracks initiate at the center of the spot and propagate along the axis directions.For high power density and small laser spot,perforation failure occurs at the center.For more ductile steel,there may have the third failure mode,i.e.it triggers blast like destruction in large area within 10 -5 s.The simulated results fit experimental data quite well.
