SHPB实验数据处理的规范化问题讨论

摘    要:从SHPB实验的一维应力假设出发,确定了入射、反射和透射波的起点位置的判读办法,提高了SHPB实验结果的准确性,并规范了SHPB实验的数据处理。另外,从动量守恒的角度,提出了标准入射波平台高度的判读办法。该方法可以避免弥散振荡对判读入射波平台高度的干扰,并排除人为因素的影响,提高了压杆应变片灵敏系数的标定准确性和标定过程的规范化程度。通过对比理论结果和数值模拟研究的结果,这两种数据处理方法的准确性得到了验证。

Abstract:The method to calculate the start point of transmitted wave and reflected wave relative to incident wave is acquired, based on the assumption of one-dimensional stress used in SHPB experiment. This method not only makes the result of SHPB experiment more accurate, but also standardizes the data processing of SHPB experiment; In addition, to calculating the level of classical incident stress wave, another method based on the principle of conservation of momentum is obtained, which can eliminate the influence of dispersion oscillation on determination of level of classical incident stress wave, and then improve the accuracy of calibrating sensitivity of strain gauge during SHPB experiment. So, this method also standardizes the data processing of SHPB experiment. By both of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the accuracy of two methods of data Drocessing is validated.
