Cu14Al4.5FeNi合金等离子涂层边界润滑摩擦磨损特性

摘    要:新型铜基模具材料的脆性比较大,导致了材料加工费用高、安装难,影响新型铜基模具材料在工业中的应用,这些问题可以通过热喷涂的办法来解决。采用等离子喷涂方法在45号钢表面制取Cu14Al4.5FeNi喷涂层,20#边界润滑条件下,与Cu14Al4.5FeNi合金进行摩擦性能及耐磨性对比试验。利用XRD分析喷涂层及合金的相结构,SEM和EDS 等技术分析合金与喷涂层表面组织及磨损形貌。结果表明, 等离子喷涂层由于快冷抑制了共析(α+γ2)相,组织均匀细化,晶粒中的γ2相和晶内析出的k相使合金及涂层硬化。边界润滑条件下,Cu14Al4.5FeNi合金及其喷涂层的磨损方式以磨粒磨损和黏着磨损为主。在低载荷条件下,喷涂层表现出了比Cu14Al4.5FeNi合金更加优越的耐磨性能;在高载荷条件下(压力大于等于6.4 MPa),喷涂层的摩擦系数和磨损量增加。因此铁基体上等离子喷涂Cu14Al4.5FeNi铜合金粉末涂层可以替代低载荷摩擦环境下的Cu14Al4.5FeNi合金。
