摘    要:利用仿真技术,以船用柴油机缸套活塞环为例,模拟其磨损过程,评判实际摩擦副的耐磨特性,为评价船用柴油机缺套-活塞环使用状况和磨损寿命提供了一种快速而经济的方法。

Abstract:The wear process and wear behavior of friction pairs were studied by means of simulation method, and the cylinder liner piston ring tribosystem of marine diesel was chosen as the research object. The aim is to find the probability to solving wear problems by means of simulation techniques, and to find a rapid and cost effective way to predict the working state and antiwear life of the cylinder liner and piston rings of marine diesel engine.A few key techniques about the simulation model were discussed as well.
