新型O-N型三嗪衍生物与磷酸三甲酚酯在菜籽油中的摩擦磨损复合效应研究

摘    要:合成了一种新型无磷三正辛氧基取代三嗪衍生物(TONT),利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了单剂TONT、磷酸三甲酚酯(TCP)以及含不同质量分数的TONT和TCP的复合添加剂在菜籽油中的摩擦磨损性能;用扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱仪观察分析了磨损表面形貌和元素化学形态.结果表明:所考察的添加剂均能够提高基础油的承载能力;在一定的条件下,单剂TONT和TCP能够有效地提高基础油的减摩和抗磨性能;TONT/TCP复配剂在基础油中表现出良好的抗磨和减摩效应,其在摩擦过程中发生物理、化学吸附的同时,与金属表面发生摩擦化学反应,生成无机盐和有机氮及含氮金属配合物,从而起到减摩抗磨作用.

Abstract:A novel potential non-phosphorus trioctyloxy triazine derivative (TONT) was synthesized. The tribological properties of TONT, commercial additive tricresyl phosphate (TCP) and mixtures of TONT and TCP with different mass ratios as additives in rapeseed oil were examined with four-ball tester. Worn surface morphology and element chemistry configuration of steel ball were analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results indicate that all additives increased the load-carrying capacity of the base oil. Both TONT and TCP improved friction-reducing and antiwear properties of base oil. combination of TONT and TCP showed synergistic effect in antiwear and friction-reducing in base oil. The additives reacted with counterface metal and generated a boundary lubricating and protecting film which improved tribological properties of the rapeseed oil.
