摘    要:本文中总结了热重分析仪(TGA)、动态力学分析仪(DMA)、红外(FTIR)及拉曼(Raman)光谱、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、偏光显微镜(PLM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、聚焦离子束显微镜(FIB)等现代分析测试方法在有机摩擦材料的热性能分析、原材料结构与成分鉴定、微观形貌观察、摩擦化学反应和制动过程释放物分析等方面的应用,希望为高性能摩擦材料的研究者提供分析表征测试方法和研究思路.

Abstract:The analysis characteristics of thermogravimetric analyzer, dynamic mechanical analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, Raman spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance, polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and focused ion beam were outlined. Their applications in the thermal properties, structure analysis, micromorphology observation, tribochemistry of organic friction materials and brake wear particle emissions were reviewed. It is hoped to inspire the manifold applications of various modern analysis methods in the tribological studies of friction materials in China.
