摘    要:研究了 Fe 含量、施加载荷和滑动速度对粉末冶金 Cu Fe 复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,并用电子显微镜和 X 射线能谱分析了 Cu Fe 复合材料的磨损机理.结果表明:载荷和滑动速度对摩擦系数影响不大, Cu Fe 复合材料的摩擦系数随 Fe 含量的增加略有增加;在低载荷下,随 Fe 含量的增加, Cu Fe 复合材料的耐磨性提高;当载荷大于 200 N 时,含 Fe 量高的复合材料的耐磨性反而降低;在低载荷高速滑动条件下,随滑动速度的增加, Cu Fe 复合材料磨损率下降

Abstract:The dry sliding wear and friction tests of Cu Fe composites fabricated by a powder metallurgy technique were carried out on a block on ring test rig. The effects of Fe content, the applied load and the sliding speed on the friction and wear behavior of the composites were investigated. The micromechanisms of wear were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS). It has been found that the coefficients of friction in sliding of Cu Fe composites against AISI 1045 steel was approximately independent of the applied load and the sliding speed. With increasing Fe content, the wear resistance of the composites increased at lower loads and kept almost unchanged at higher loads,and the coefficients of friction slightly increased. Under a low load and high sliding speed, because of the formation of a protective oxide film on the sliding surface of the specimen and increase in the strain hardening rate in the subsurface of the specimen, the wear rate of Cu Fe composites decreased with increase of sliding speed.
