摘    要:通过分子改造在添加剂分子中引入亲水基团,制备出了水溶性润滑添加剂.在 Tim ken 试验机上考察了 W C/ Ti合金体系在水基润滑剂润滑下的摩擦磨损行为及其摩擦化学反应机理.采用扫描电子显微镜和 X 射线光电子能谱分析表征 W C 涂层磨损表面,结果发现在涂层表面有明显的 Ti转移,并形成多元氧化物.表明在水基润滑条件下摩擦过程中发生摩擦氧化反应,而多元氧化物层的性质是影响粘着磨损行为的主要因素

Abstract:Hydrophilic groups are introduced into water based additives to improve their water solubility.The tribological behaviors of tungsten carbide (WC) coating sliding against titanium alloys under aqueous lubrication are investigated on a Timken tester. The worn surfaces of WC coating are characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It has been found that severe transfer of counterface Ti onto WC coating occurred during the lubricated sliding of WC coating against Ti alloy. The results of XPS analysis show that the interfacial layer consists of multifarious oxides, which indicates that oxidative reactions predominate the friction process under aqueous lubrication. The diffusion and adhesion wear behaviors of WC/Ti pair depend on the characteristics of the multifarious oxide layer on the worn surface of WC coating.
